On my MaxiSys  not Ultra I use ES file explorer to find the files then I do is copy the SCAN folder and paste to a folder on my computer. You can also copy all the folders if you wish. I don't think you'll have any problems copying them to an SD card. It is recommended that you update the tablet before backing it up. Do so at your own risk.
